Complicated, Chaotic, and Falling – review by Annie

on March 14, 2017
Yes, Lucian Bane once again takes you on a journey into the complicated and chaotic mind of Reginald Bones. As Winter finds ways to help Bones fill in the missing pieces of his past, we are introduced to yet another facet of Bones’ dark existence… the manipulative and mysterious X. The reader gets to witness the evolution of Bones from the unapproachable hermit of Book 1 to the vulnerable man that Winter wants to protect. I love it when an author makes you want to protect and cherish a character that you simply detested in the first book. Yes, Mr. Bane turns the tables on us readers with this brilliant story and I highly recommend it!!!

I usually refer to males as the more dominant and females as the more submissive. The intention is NOT to say that ALL relationships should fit that pattern. My relationship experience is with male dominant, female submissive arrangements and that is the only sort of relationship I have firsthand knowledge about.
